Our goal is also to duly inform you about matters related to the processing of personal data, especially in view of the content of the new legislation on personal data protection, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“RODO”). Therefore, in this document we inform you about the legal basis for the processing of personal data, the ways in which it is collected and used, as well as the rights of data subjects in connection therewith.

FH Jedmar Piotr Jędras - hereinafter referred to as the Entity, respects and respects users' rights to privacy. Below you will find information on how we collect, process and use information about users of the website: www.jedmar.pl and how we ensure the protection of users' personal data by using appropriate technological solutions.
Processing of personal data of www.jedmar.pl website users

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. All personal data is collected, stored and processed by www.jedmar.pl in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection, in particular the provisions of the RODO and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services. Purpose of personal data processing

Personal data is collected, stored and used FH Jedmar Piotr Jędras with the consent of the persons to whom it pertains, in accordance with the law and with due process and in a manner that guarantees its security. The administrator may use personal data only to provide proper service to users of the website, in particular in the framework of communication with users who have given their consent, or to conduct online registration.
The right to access, correct and delete the content of their personal data The user has the right to access and correct their personal data provided to the Entity within the service of the contact form. Complete deletion of the data provided in the contact form takes place after the processing of the request, or before that - at the request of the user. Any person who has consented to the processing of his or her personal data within the framework of the use of the available services on the www.jedmar.pl website may request directly to the Administrator to allow him or her to access, correct or delete them by sending a message to info@jedmar.pl.

Protection of processed personal data

The collection of collected personal data is treated as a high-security database, stored on a server secured against both remote (IT) and physical access. In addition, all persons processing users' personal data for the use of www.jedmar.pl have appropriate authorizations issued by the personal data administrator.

Sharing personal data

The Administrator does not transfer (does not sell and does not lend in any way) collected personal data of users to www.jedmar.pl third parties. The data that the Administrator may disclose to its cooperating entities are of a general statistical nature that do not allow the identification of individual users. For technical reasons, the Administrator may entrust to another entity, by means of a written agreement, the processing of data without changing the purpose of processing indicated above.

Processing of other website user data.

We collect information regarding the use of the website by its users and their IP addresses based on analysis of access logs. We use this information to diagnose problems related to the operation of the server, to analyze possible security breaches and to manage the website. In addition, we use the IP address for statistical purposes, i.e. to collect and analyze demographic data of site visitors (e.g. information about the region from which the connection was made). Based on the information obtained in the above manner, aggregate, general statistical summaries are prepared in specific cases. However, these compilations do not contain, as we emphasize, any data that allow the identification (determination of identity) of a given user.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that we may be obliged to disclose information concerning your IP number at the request of state authorities authorized to do so - based on applicable laws - in connection with their investigations.

   - The Bank verifying the proper performance of agreements concluded with the online store, in particular to protect the interests of payers in connection with their complaints (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).  

c) To transfer your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering payment for the purchased goods or services through Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. within the framework of the "Buy with Twisto" purchasing formula, as well as to verify the proper execution of such service agreements (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).  

2. In addition to the purposes listed in section 1 (primary purpose), the online store may process your personal data for other legally permissible purposes (secondary purposes) when the primary and secondary purposes are closely related. Based on Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation, such secondary purposes may include website monitoring for marketing and other purposes.  

a) If you have consented to receiving the newsletter, your provided email address will be used for marketing purposes related to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o.’s own products. This consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example, by clicking the unsubscribe link.  

3. The processing of your personal data for the purposes specified in section 3 will take place based on the legitimate interest pursued by the online store.  

4. In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes outlined in section 2, your personal data may be disclosed by the online store to other recipients or categories of recipients, including:  

   a) ING Bank Śląski S.A.  

   b) Twisto Polska sp. z o.o.  

5. Your personal data will be processed for a period justified by the realization of the purposes indicated in section 3.  

6. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:  

   a) Access your personal data.  

   b) Rectify it if it is inconsistent with reality.  

   c) Request its deletion or restrict its processing.  

   d) Object to the processing of personal data.  

   e) Transfer your data.  

7. If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before consent was withdrawn or the legal basis for such processing.  

8. If you provide your personal data to conclude an agreement with the online store, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this agreement. Providing personal data in this case is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in the inability to conclude an agreement with the online store.  

9. If you provide your personal data to transfer it to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. before concluding a contract for the purchase of goods or services in the online store, the transfer of such data is a condition for concluding the sales agreement due to the business model adopted by the online store.  

10. If your personal data is transferred to the Bank in connection with handling and settling payments made by you to the online store via the Internet using payment instruments, providing such data is required for the execution of payments and confirmation of their completion by the Bank for the online store.  

11. If your personal data is transferred to the Bank for the purpose of verifying the proper performance of agreements concluded with the online store, in particular, to protect the interests of payers in connection with complaints, providing this data is required to enable the execution of the agreement between the online store and the Bank.  

12. If your personal data is transferred to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering you payment for the purchased goods or services via Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. within the framework of the "Buy with Twisto" purchasing formula, providing and processing such data is required due to the business model adopted by the online store and for the execution of the agreement between the online store and Twisto Polska sp. z o.o.
